As the name suggests, our patisserie recipes for little fruit or nut tarts tend to follow French recipes, however we also bake a range of old English recipes such as flapjacks, brownies and bread pudding.

Apricot, Lemon and Almond Tart
This organic Apricot, Almond & Lemon Tart is a feat of baking. Jam packed with apricots, it's a buttery, crumbly tart, made with carefully chosen organic ingredients, that brings to mind a sunny afternoon tea with every slice.
Prune and Almond Tart
The soft buttery pastry has a delicious sweet and nutty filling dotted with prunes. It tastes as good as it looks, but as they say, the proof of the pudding is in the eating.

Raisin & Bran Muffin

Bran muffins are the acceptable face of cake for breakfast. Especially these little numbers: properly made and packed full of (you guessed it) bran and lovely raisins. They taste pretty incredible too.

Carrot Muffin

The colour, the earthy sweetness of the carrots combined with the subtle spice mix make for the perfect muffin.

Sticky Ginger Cake

Very moist and treacly, with just the right amount of ginger, delicious on its own or with cream or butter.

Chocolate Tart
A serioulsy indulgent chocolate tart. The perfect dessert to finish off a dinner party in style.
